Description

An uplifting company in Newark, DE is looking for a Forklift Mechanic to elevate into the ranks. Once hoisted on board, the Forklift Mechanic will be required to perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs in accordance with factory and manufacturer standards in a timely fashion. Even though this position will take place primarily in the field, The Forklift Technician must support a friendly customer service attitude in all interactions with customers and the parts department. Forklift Techs with 3+ years experience in the field and a wide range of knowledge of Forklift, Pallet Truck, Boom Lift & Scissor Lift equipment from Yale, Hyster, Toyota, Raymond, Kalmar, Crown, or Komatsu manufacturers will be given preference. Previous experience welding and fabricating is a definite plus.

Compensation

$18.00 - $28.00/hour.  The company also offers a company service vehicle, gas card, EZ Pass, solid benefits, 401K, vacation and holidays on top of continuous training.

Shifts

Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday), some flexibility is required to handle emergency situations.
