    what would cause a manual steering front end loader to steer corretly on dry ground and incorretly in soft ground.

    Your hydrulics my be getting weak check psi and flow at the stearing cylenders. they tend to be harder to stear on soft grond

    thanks for the input that makes complete sense.this was a question on the inter provincial exam.Here are the four answers i had to pick from.

    1 worn sector shaft

    2 incorect relief valve setting

    3 loose pitman arm

    4 center tooth not set properly on rack piston
